Short Overview
Experience the best of Tanzania’s North Circuit. Get a chance to visit the best of what the Northern circuit has to offer.
Day 1: ARUSHA
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport, you will be picked by our driver who will take you to the hotel for relaxation after the long trip to Tanzania.
Dinner and overnight at Moivaro Lodge.
Day 2: Relaxing Day
Enjoy the day relaxing at your hotel.

Day 3: Arusha National Park
After breakfast, you’ll depart from your Arusha accommodations and drive to the park.
Game Drive: Included, You can embark on a half-day or full day game drive through the park.
Your drive will pass you past park landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater –
sometimes known as the Little Ngorongoro.
Walking Safari: Included, Stretch your legs with a guided walking safari through the park. While
on your walking safari, you can expect to see endless acres of forest, home to black and white
colobus monkeys, zebras, buffalos, and a variety of antelopes. You will also have a chance to
observe more than 400 bird species including the Crowned Eagle, Lanner Falcon, and Levaillants
Cuckoo.
Canoe Safari: Not Included, you’ll trade the car for a canoe as you take a guided canoe safari out on the Momella Lakes to see bushbuck, giraffes, hippos, and buffalo.
You’ll return to Arusha in the late afternoon with a head full of memories and a camera full of
unforgettable photos.

Day 4: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
You will be picked up by our Driver/Guide and start your safari, Proceed to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive with Picnic Lunch.
On your Tarangire Game Drive
Once inside the park, you’ll see the eponymous Tarangire river lined with acacia and Baobab where game amble to and fro throughout the day. During the dry season, thousands of animals from the Masai steppe migrate to the Tarangire region looking for water so you can see dozens of different species in a small amount of time.
Exclusive to the park are endangered animals such as the Greater Kudu, Fringe-Eared Oryx, and the Ashy Starling.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the park’s picnic areas and take in an unparalleled view of the Tarangire River. Keep an eye on your food though, as the local monkey population will be only too happy to make off with a tasty treat if given the opportunity!
After the excitements of the day, you will head for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park
Enjoy another day of driving inside the Tarangire National Park trying to capture what was missed on yesterday’s drive.

Day 6: Lake Natron
As you approach the lake, the first thing that strikes you is the vivid crimson hue of its waters, a result of high levels of salt and minerals. The surreal landscape is set against the backdrop of the distant Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano, often referred to as the “Mountain of God,” which adds to the mystique of the area. One of the most remarkable aspects of Lake Natron is its role as a sanctuary for flamingos. Thousands of these elegant birds grace the lake’s shores, creating a stunning tableau of pink against the stark redness of the water. Birdwatchers and photographers will find themselves in paradise here.
For the adventurous, hikes around the lake and nearby Ngare Sero Waterfall provide opportunities to explore the rugged beauty of the region up close. You’ll be treated to an unforgettable panorama of geological wonders, from dramatic rock formations to volcanic landscapes.

Day 7: Natron
Enjoy the day strolling the Natron area and engaging in the various activities from the area.

Day 8: Natron- Serengeti
After breakfast proceed to Serengeti National Park.
Get a chance to spot animals in herds; wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the powerful African elephant and the most respected group of the predators.
You will have the chance to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself; the lion.
After the thrills of the day, you will head to your accommodation of choice for dinner and overnight.

Day 9 and 10: Full Day Serengeti National Park Game Drive
Start your day with an unforgettable sunrise game drive across the Serengeti. See the sun set fire to the savannah as predators such as leopards and lions hunt for their morning meal. Alternatively, you may wish to take to the skies with a sunrise hot air balloon safari and champagne breakfast. Ask your safari expert about how this can be added to your itinerary. After your breakfast, you’ll take a packed lunch and proceed for a day long game drive through the park. Your driver will pick a route designed to ensure you have the best possible chance of spotting the Big Five and the Wildebeest Migration.
After the thrills of the day, you will head to your accommodation of choice for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Serengeti National Park-Ngorongoro
Explore the Serengeti National Park before proceeding with a game drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Afterwards proceed on a Drive towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Our drive takes us back through the Serengeti via a different route, offering plenty of opportunities to spot the animals that eluded you on day two. As far as the eye can see, you’ll spot thousands upon thousands of animals in herds; wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the powerful African elephant and the most respected group of animals: the predators.
You will have the chance to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself; the lion.
Later you will head to the accommodation of your choice for dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Ngorongoro
Considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. When you get your first glimpse of this vast, verdant caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you’ll soon understand why it has earned such a lofty reputation.
Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought after safari destinations in the world. It’s a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you’ll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa’s most recognizable faces. The crater is home to a large number of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, cape buffalo, and more. It is truly one of Africa’s premier safari destinations.

Day 13: Lake Manyara National Park
The park is truly a photographer’s playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa’s most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions a particular treat. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees practically begging to be photographed.
Bird-watchers will find Lake Manyara is an absolute delight, with a huge variety of birds on display in the park. Even the novice can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly coloured lilac breasted roller.
After the excitements of the day, you will head for dinner and overnight.
